Returns & Shipping Policies
Returns Policy:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 20 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You must have the receipt and the item(s) must have the tag(s) and be in like-new condition. You may return the item in-person or ship the item to us. Items returned damaged or used will be charged a restocking fee. If you choose to receive a refund it may take up to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.
To initiate a Return:
Come in-store and we will get everything taken care of! You can also ship the item to us.
Shipping Policy:
In order to ship an item(s) you will need to first Email our Customer Service Dept.: [email protected] to get approval for your return. You can request a return shipping label with your request for return. If The Gallery provides the shipping label to accept the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. *some exceptions may apply such as final sale items.
